If you have selected each on delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you have not paid for your order for payments mode via Credit card, Debit card, Net-banking or Wallet. A Pickup/deliver charge of rupees 149 will be applicable to all orders under rupees 1999.

The Silaiwala cash on delivery option allow you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders between 399rs and 4999.

You existing limit will be revised once, there is a service or order rejected against your account from the new limit implementation logic, if required to pay for any order using cash on delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the “cash on delivery” option on the payment page. Cash on delivery option is available only in selected Pin-code. However the COD limit may offer form customer to customers depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customers registered E-mail ID for avoidance of doubt ‘order rejection percentage’ shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provide by the customers even, after three successful delivery attempts. In event of COD limit breach, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order using pre-payment options.

If you don’t see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your orders Value may be less than 399rs or over 4999.
  • Our pickup/delivery partners/agents may not support the cash on delivery option for your delivery address.
  • You may have placed any another order using the COD option which is pending delivery . if the amount of this order when added to your current order exceeds 4999rs, then the COD option will be disabled temporarily.

The Silaiwala reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customers and /or order, the COD limit includes any undelivered, unpaid orders and any new orders being placed.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing address and passwords. If your payments still fails, you can use the cash on delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back with in 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

  3. Apparel /clothing :- Max 12% of not payable ( MRP- Product discount- Coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.
  4. GST applicable on stitching service 5-12%(DEPEND ON FABRIC’S CATEGORY )

YES, if you return the product the applicable GST amount will also be refunded in to the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However no refunds of GST shall be shipping charges collected form the consumer under The Silaiwala pickup/Delivery policy.

  2. You accept the order on the silaiwala associate App/Dashboard.
  3. The silaiwala pickup & deliver executive will be assigned to your tailor’s shop & boutique for their order.
  4. You stitched the fabric requested by the customer.
  5. Pickup & deliver Executive will arrive at your service center and will gave & collect the order.
  6. Pickup & delivery executive will pick & deliver the order to the consumer at consumer’s place.
